Refund policy

A little honesty about acrylic and to a lesser extent resin tiles.

There are two kinds of acrylic: scratched and not yet scratched. 

Acrylic, in all its beautiful, lightweight, made to be played with splendor picks up fine scratches through manufacturing and use, and darker colors may make those marks more noticeable. Shuffling, stacking and years of good games will all leave their mark. 

Acrylic is more prone to scratches than resin which is why we tend to choose dark tile colors for resin and lighter tiles for acrylic. Our resin edition is expected to show less visible scratching, but no material is immune to wear.

We want you to feel good about your purchase. Because we create thoughtfully designed collections in limited production runs, please review the following before ordering.

Pre-order deposits

All $75 pre-order deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit reserves your selected item and will be credited toward its final purchase price. The remaining balance must be paid before your order ships.

Changes and Cancellations

Please choose carefully before placing a pre-order. Deposits cannot be refunded if you change your mind or decide not to purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly within (5 days) with your order number and photographs so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution, including a refund or exchange where applicable.
